How can I redeem my Gift Card?
To redeem a gift card, kindly follow the steps stated below:
Download the cult app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and log into your account. Directly log in if the app already exists.
Navigate to the ‘Referral, Vouchers and Gift Cards’ section on our app inside the user profile and select the ‘Redeem Gift Card’ option.
Enter the unique code provided with your gift card.
Once the code has been verified, the value of the gift card will be added to your gift card balance on our platform.
You can now use the gift card balance as a mode of payment during checkout for any product or service offered by cult across Apps and Websites.
It's important to note that the value of the gift card can only be added to your ‘Gift Card Balance’ on our app (Android and iOS), and the gift card balance can be used during checkout on both the App and Website. The gift card balance cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account.
