HRX: A Medium-Intensity Workout
HRX is designed to build core and full-body strength, promote muscle gain, and enhance mobility.
A typical HRX session lasts 50 minutes and includes:
- Warm-up
- Workout Introduction
- Workout 1: Focus on specific muscle groups
- Workout 2: Core strength exercises
- Cool Down
Burn up to 400 calories in each session.
This session is open to everyone, from beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts, with no prior workout experience required. All necessary equipment, including weights, will be provided at the center.
