You can do the following on the app

• Profile section > Active Packs > Pack > Message option OR

• Home > Dietician Consultation > My Consultations > Message OR

• Care > My Consultations > Message option 

Chat will expire when your pack expires. If you used a single consultation and not a pack, chat will expire 15 days after your consultation
