You can book as many sessions as you wish. But we recommend that you workout for 5 days a week. Well, 5 sessions over a week is the magic number. But you need to do three sessions per week at a minimum to get something out of all that hard work.
Some of our members also take more than five classes a week, but we always recommend getting some rest, especially if you’re just starting out. If your muscles are very sore, take it easy & give them time to repair themselves.
