We apologise if you've tried exchanging your cultsport product (due to poor fit) and found your preferred size out of stock. In such cases, it is not possible for us to guarantee (OR provide a timeline for) ensuring the size you want will come back in stock before your return/exchange window (30 days from order delivery) expires. Faced with this scenario, you may choose one of the below alternatives:
1) If you don't want to wait for your preferred size to come back in stock, you may return the product you have. We'd love if you could then browse our catalog for products similar to the one you've purchased and give us another chance to serve you.
2) If you're super-keen on the product you've received and don't mind waiting until your size comes back in stock, we recommend that you keep a manual tab on our app to check when the size is re-stocked. [Unfortunately, we currently don't have an option to auto-notify you on size restocking]
NOTE: We recommend that you opt to return your cultsport product if your return window (30 days post order delivery) is close to expiring.
