Online PT is a platform to work on your fitness goals through 1 on 1 sessions with our trainers. We have the best in class trainers who would help you through this journey. We currently offer Online PT classes across fitness formats like S&C, Yoga, Dance and Boxing across all 7 days of the week. All you have to do is enter your fitness goals on the app, book a session and get started! 

Online PT sessions are safe for all types of users - beginner, intermediate and advanced. In case you are suffering through an injury, chronic pain or medical condition, we recommend checking with a medical expert before attending and informing the trainers upfront.

To get started, all you need is good internet connection (a minimum 2 MBps connection), an adequately charged device and comfortable attire.
