Our delivery executive makes three attempts to pick up the item. A pickup attempt could fail in case the executive fails to contact you OR locate your address to pickup your product.

If the item is not picked up in the third attempt, the pickup request itself will be marked as 'failed. However, in such a situation, the order status is restored to 'delivered' instantly. Once that is done, you can initiate a new return/exchange request within 30 days from order delivery.
