We request you to give it a couple of seconds and if the session still does not load, we recommend you close the app, check your internet connection and try again. If you still face issues,  please reach out to us via the support option in the cure.fit app/website (Home > Profile > Support) 


Even if you lose connectivity in the middle of a session, you can always rejoin the session. However, since the session is streamed LIVE, you will join the session at the point it has progressed at that time.
