The ‘Last Minute Dropout’ feature allows you to opt out of a class even after the cancellation window has passed. A no-show penalty of 1 membership day will apply, but if another member books your slot, we will waive the no-show!

We appreciate it when you cancel your slot on time (up to 60 minutes in advance), as this makes the slot available for other members. However, if something comes up at the last minute and you're unable to attend, you can use this feature.

This operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The sooner you opt out, the higher the chances that another member can take your slot.
