Therapy generally takes time to show results. Even if you are happy with the results, we suggest you continue with the sessions at the frequency recommended by your Therapist/Psychiatrist. Also, we recommend that you buy a pack only if your Therapist/Psychiatrist advises you to do so as they will carefully evaluate the severity of your condition to suggest a pack that will work for you.
