Our delivery boys are called the health crew. Our employees' safety is important to us. When our crew answers phone calls while driving, it puts their safety at risk and also leads to violation of traffic rules. This is why we make the option to contact the crew available only when they arrive at your location. 

You'll be notified when the crew is about to arrive. To contact them, you can head to the Home page of the cult.fit app, go to your upcoming order, you will see an option to call the Health Crew. If you don't see the option yet, don't worry, your food is on it's way. To track your order tap the track option on the Home page under your order.
