Our Health crew is responsible for ensuring that you and anyone else who orders an eat.fit meal, gets their order on time. This means you don't have to wait too long or go hungry and that you also receive your meals at the ideal temperature.
Our Health Crew will contact you while delivering the order. If the Health Crew is unable to reach your phone despite multiple attempts and waiting for a few minutes, they will unfortunately have to cancel your order and move on to the next delivery location. This ensures that subsequent orders are not delayed and that other customers don't have to wait too long for their food or end up getting cold food.
Also, since we serve freshly prepared food, all our food has a short shelf life. Hence once your order is cancelled or returned, it ends up getting wasted as it won't be consumed by anyone else. We thus won't be able to refund your order.
