Before you begin working towards your health goals with the help of the Health Plan, you will have to do the following

  1. You will go through a  comprehensive set of diagnostic tests.

  2. Consult with the doctor to understand your history, complaints and help you identify your health goals to create a medical plan for you. 

  3. Consult with the health coach to create a diet, fitness, mindfulness plan that fits with your lifestyle. 

After going through your diagnostic tests, you can choose to schedule your doctor and health coach consultation on the same day or on a different day based on your schedule and doctor availability.
