We help you track your fitness through your streak scores and the number of health activities completed. 


The number of health activities comprise number of steps walked, proper sleep duration, mind.fit, cult.fit classes, eat.fit meals across a rolling 30 days window.


Streak score helps you track for how many consecutive days you have done at least one health activity a day. A consistent streak score means that you are on track with your fitness goals and that you are consistent with your fitness regime.


Additionally, you can visit your Health Profile from the Profile section of the app and log in details about your BMI, height, weight etc and track that from time to time.
