Our Health crew is responsible for ensuring that you and anyone else who orders an eat.fit meal, gets their order on time. This means you don't have to wait too long or go hungry and that you also receive your meals at the ideal temperature.


Our Health Crew will contact you before delivering the order. If the Health Crew is unable to reach your phone despite multiple attempts and after waiting for a few minutes, they will unfortunately have to cancel your order and move on to the next delivery location. This ensures that subsequent orders are not delayed and that other customers don't have to wait too long for their food. Since your meal will be returned and will eventually be wasted, we will not be able to refund your meal. 

Your order may also be returned if your delivery address is incorrect. Please ensure you are giving us accurate delivery location while placing the order.
